Capri roundtrip to admire Mediterranean macchia

Get another glimpse on this video showing a trip around Capri, a good opportunity for stunning views of the proportions of the island five km off the Sorrentine coast.
Densely growing evergreen shrubs, such as junipers, euforbiae, myrtles, and of course wild olives intermingled with succulents and herbs like thyme and lavender.
In addition to shrub areas, woodland consisting of chestnuts and evergreen oaks is found in some spots. Again...a perfect backdrop for creating those magnificent sun-baked gardens for which the island is famous.
Here is a picture of Mediterranean macchia lining Via Krupp that leads down towards Marina Piccola beaches.
